Richard Ayres
Richard Ayres, CEO and co-founder, has over 18 years experience in investment banking and consulting with the likes of UBS, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital in London, New York and Singapore.
Richard has a background in financial modelling, analytics and software engineering. He specialises in business analysis, deal structuring and negotiations and also mentors technology start-ups in the software, online and mobile business sectors.
Richard holds an MBA (High Honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc (Joint Hons.) in Pure Mathematics and Computation from the University of Manchester, England.

Brian Elders
Brian Elders, Director of Business Development, has over 13 years experience in the international financial services industry, primarily focussed on delivering sophisticated outsourced services to some of the largest international corporates and funds.
Having spent a number of years as a country leader Brian has wide experience across international accounting, international tax, corporate secretarial, risk management, finance, HR and leadership.
Brian is interested in enhancing international trade and relations and was formerly on the board of the Irish Hungarian Business Circle and is currently a member of the Irish Chamber of Commerce, Singapore.
After graduating with a degree in Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin, Brian held a number of positions for Allied Irish Banks, in Ireland, Poland and Hungary before joining Maroon Analytics. Brian is an accountant (FCCA), a treasurer (AMCT) and holds a Certificate of Quantitative Finance (CQF).

Rolf Haudenschild
Rolf has worked in various areas of financial law and regulation. He lead numerous assessments of structures and operations of financial services providers, participated in a multijurisdictional assessment of risk management procedures, participated in the drafting of regulation on capital requirements and became an expert in anti-money laundering and delegate on corruption. In addition, he has been involved in major corporate governance initiatives.
Rolf is a Swiss qualified attorney at law and holds a LLM in International Financial Law from King’s College London, England as well as a Master in Law from the University of Bern, Switzerland.

Ben Watson
Ben Watson, Director, has also been the APAC regional head of Quantitative Analyics for the Royal Bank of Scottland (RBS).
Ben has over 17 years experience as a Quantitative Analyst with RBS, ABN Amro, Citigroup, Salomon Smith Barney and Natwest Markets. Ben has also worked as an analyst with Gas and Grain trading companies.
Ben has a MSc. In Decision Sciences (with Distinction) from the University of Westminster London in the UK and a B Com in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Tasmania.

David Gardner
David Gardner, Director, was also an APAC Director of Fixed Income Technology at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
David specialises in front office technology, electronic trading and quantitative systems and has a background in software development and analytics. David has over 14 years experience with front office technology at SBC, UBS, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and RBS. David also has experience with internet start ups in London.
David has a BSc. In Economics from the University of Surrey Guildford in the UK.
